Design Objectives

The primary design objective was to maximize natural light and create an open-concept indoor-outdoor living environment while maintaining energy efficiency and year-round comfort.

Aluminum Lift and Slide Doors

Large aluminum lift and slide doors provide unobstructed views and direct access to the pool and outdoor entertaining areas. The expansive glazed openings help connect the interior living spaces with the surrounding landscape while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.

Aluminum Tilt and Turn Windows

European aluminum tilt and turn windows were installed throughout the home to provide flexibility in ventilation, ease of operation, and strong weather performance. Their slim sightlines contribute to the project’s focus on maximizing daylight.

Double-Glazed Performance

The double-glazed European window and door systems were selected for their thermal performance, weather resistance, durability, and long-term reliability.
